Conference Refund Policy

Refunds will be made prior to December 1, 2025, upon written request of the registrant. A $10 processing fee will be charged on each refund. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER December 1, 2025. SECA is not responsible for hotel or travel expenses should any cancellation be necessary.

 

Consent to Use Photographic Images

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, SECA meetings and/or other activities at the SECA Conference constitutes an agreement by the registrant/attendee to SECA's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant/attendee's image, likeness, and appearance in photographs of such events and activities.
